First Avenue Park

First Avenue Park is located along First Avenue just outside the Historic Greenville/LaGrange historic residential district, this 3.5 acre park is a neighborhood park designed for play and exercise. Features include covered pavilions, enclosed playground area, and grassed multi-purpose field, elaborate stonework, beautiful landscaping, and a paved walkway system. This park is an excellent location to plan recreational activities, and it is also the location that Main Street Newnan hosts The Screen on the Green Events.

A limited amount of public parking spaces are available at First Avenue Park. There is additional parking located in close proximity to the park at Newnan City Hall (25 Lagrange Street, Newnan GA, 30263)
