Gentle Yoga Saturday is a slower-paced, less intense style of yoga that is perfect for people of all ages and fitness levels. In this class, you can expect to do a variety of poses, including standing poses, seated poses, and floor poses. The poses are modified to make them accessible to everyone, and Jana provides additional guidance on how to safely modify each pose as needed. Ages 16+. No experience or equipment needed. Mats, blocks, bolsters, straps and blankets are provided.
